At Woodfinity&Beyond (https://woodfinitybeyond.com), we strive to deliver high-quality handmade and custom products. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, our Refund Policy is restrictive to reflect the unique craftsmanship and personalization involved. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be requested, ensuring transparency for our customers. By purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items (Custom and Handmade Products)

Due to their personalized and handcrafted nature, custom orders, personalized items, and handmade products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrect (e.g., not as ordered). Examples include custom-engraved wood furniture, made-to-order decor. If you believe your custom item qualifies for an exception, contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the issue.

Limited Return Policy for Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, non-sale items (e.g. standard wood coasters, non-personalized decor), we offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Return Request: Contact us at support@woodfinitybeyond.com to request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: If approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Return Address: Approved returns must be sent to: Woodfinity&Beyond, 37 Clay Cv, Atoka, TN 38004, USA.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@woodfinitybeyond.com within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and, if approved:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion) for defective/damaged items.
  • Provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
  • Issue a full refund for incorrect items, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable items, or perishable goods (if applicable).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. To replace an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, per EU regulations. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at support@woodfinitybeyond.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Custom or personalized items are exempt from this policy unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will notify you via email after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
